What other home services do you offer? Answer: We Offer all interior renovations as well as exterior renovations, and have been doing so for 40 years. Unfortunately, we do not do additions!
Does your company carry proper insurance? Answer: The Windowman has full liability insurance, vehicle insurance, and WSIB clearances. We would never want one of our clients to be liable in case of accident or injury.
Do you require a deposit, and will we receive a contract or agreement? Answer: Yes, we do require a deposit, and you will receive a written contract. Building trust with our clients is very important to us. Providing a formal agreement helps protect you and ensures peace of mind, so you never have to worry about a contractor walking away from the project.

Does it really matter where your windows and doors come from? Answer: Absolutely! Locally sourced products mean no sub-standard products for our customers. Parts if ever required are easy to access. You are our first priority!.
Will you provide references if requested from past customers? Answer: Of Course. While we have a few for you to look at on our site, we would be happy to provide more anytime at your request.
Why is it that you never advertise huge promotions like 50% off, etc? Answer: We don't like to deceive our future clients. Call us for a quote, and you will realize that even matching up against companies promising big discounts, our pricing is competitive. Honest and fair quotes are what we provide!
What Makes You Different
What should a homeowner look for when trying to choose a contractor? Answer: Firstly, make sure they have been in business for a number of years, not just someone that does it on the side. Secondly, make sure they specialize in what they are doing. Ask questions to make sure they can handle the scope of work required. Door and Window installation is not something everyone can do properly, so having a licensed contractor over a handyman will ensure that you can enjoy your new look for years to come!
